Your information

Privacy policy.

This explains what happens to the details you give us when you join Tilly’s waiting list or apply for beta.

Who is responsible?

Tilly is an Australian sole trader business. For questions about this policy or your information, email beta@tillyapp.io. This policy covers the Tilly marketing site and its waiting list and beta forms. The Tilly application will have its own privacy information when it becomes available.

What we collect

When you submit the form, we collect your name, work email, company name, whether you chose the waiting list or beta application, and your consent to receive Tilly updates. We also record when you submit it. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

Our hosting and form providers may process technical details needed to deliver the site and prevent abuse, such as an IP address, device information, and request logs.

Why we use it

We use signup details to manage the waiting list, consider beta applications, contact you about Tilly’s beta and launch, answer questions, and keep a record of your preference. You can withdraw from these emails at any time by replying or emailing beta@tillyapp.io.

For visitors in the UK, we rely on your consent for Tilly signup updates. We use our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and protect the site from abuse. You do not have to submit the form, but we cannot add you to the list or consider a beta application without the requested details.

Who handles the data

We use Formspree to receive and store form submissions and send notification emails, and Vercel to host the website. These providers process information to provide their services. We do not sell your details or put waiting list data into the Tilly recruitment app.

These providers may process information outside Australia or the UK, including in the United States. We review their applicable privacy and transfer arrangements when configuring the live services.

How long we keep it

We keep signup details while the waiting list and beta are active and for as long as needed to follow up on the request you made. We review the list at least annually and remove records that are no longer needed, subject to any legal obligation to keep them. If you withdraw, we stop sending updates and remove your active signup record; we may retain only the minimum information needed to honour a do-not-contact request.

Website technology

This marketing site does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising trackers or a cookie choice banner. Vercel and Formspree may process technical request data to deliver the site and form, as described above.

Your choices and rights

Contact beta@tillyapp.io to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or object to further contact. We will respond under the laws that apply to your request. UK visitors may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; Australian visitors may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes

We will update this page if our signup, providers, or handling practices change. The date at the top shows when this version was updated.
